This policy explains what information is collected when you purchase Sardonyx or interact with evanbraddock.com.

What I Collect

When you purchase any software of mine (Sardonyx, Molecula, or future releases) your transaction is processed through Gumroad. As part of that process, I receive:

  • Your email address (used to deliver your download and send order confirmations)

  • Purchase details (product, date, amount, country for tax purposes)

I do not collect or have access to your payment card information. That's handled directly by Gumroad and its payment processors.

If you sign up for a newsletter or mailing list on this site, I collect your email address for that purpose only, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How I Use It

Your information is used to:

  • Deliver your purchased files

  • Provide order support if something goes wrong with your download

  • Send occasional updates about Sardonyx or future releases, only if you've opted in

What I Don't Do

  • I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties

  • I do not share your email with advertisers

  • I do not store credit card or payment information

Third-Party Services

Purchases are processed through Gumroad, which has its own privacy policy governing payment and account data: gumroad.com/privacy

If this site uses analytics tools (e.g., Squarespace Analytics), those may collect anonymous usage data such as page views and general location (city/country level), not personally identifiable information.

Your Rights

You can request that I delete any personal information I hold about you (such as removing you from a mailing list) by you emailing me [your contact email].
