These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of my products, as well as your use of evanbraddock.com. By purchasing my products or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

Ownership

I retain full ownership and copyright of Sardonyx, Molecula, and future software sold here, including all sounds, samples, patches, scripts, and content within it. Purchasing my products does not transfer ownership of the software or its contents to you, it grants you a license to use it under the terms below.

License & Usage Rights

Once you purchase my software, you receive full usage rights to use it in your own music, scores, sound design, and other creative or commercial projects, without additional royalties or attribution required.

You may install and use my products on any computer you personally use.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Sardonyx or any of its individual sounds, samples, or patches, in whole or in part

  • Repackage or include any part of my products in another sample library, preset pack, or product for distribution or sale

  • Share, upload, or distribute the installation files to anyone who has not purchased the product

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons (such as a technical issue preventing use of the product). To request a refund, email me at evanbraddockstudio@gmail.com explaining the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at my discretion if you make a compelling argument.

No Warranty / Liability

Sardonyx is provided "as-is." I am not liable for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from its use, including but not limited to software crashes, compatibility issues with your DAW or system, or data loss. Use of the product is at your own risk.

Site Use

By using evanbraddock.com, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or extract site content or data through automated means

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the site's normal operation

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of my products or this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
